Lynn has been actively involved in real estate law in her over 30 years of legal practice, including litigation of restrictive covenants, access, boundary, title, adverse possession and similar disputes, representation of contractors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, and development of condominiums, residential subdivisions and resorts, and handling of a number of commercial developments from contract negotiations through bond issues, closings and post-closing development issues. 

Recent Transactions
Directed the firm’s efforts for a major national retail chain and, since 2000, has focused her practice primarily on the representation of such major national retailer in the acquisition and development of over 50 retail sites, gas stations, and distribution centers.

Represented RED Development in a complex 25 parcel acquisition for development of a shopping center in Blue Springs, Missouri.
