Kim has substantial experience in representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Kim currently represents prominent national developers in sale and leasing transactions, and has considerable experience representing retail tenant interests, as well, having previously served with Sprint’s retail division and assisted Sprint in achieving the corporate goal of 350 leases in a two-year period of time.
